Doetinchem (G)
Town in the Achterhoek region.
The reformed Grote- or St. Catharinakerk is a big hall-church in Gothic style. It largely dates from the 15th and 16th centuries but much of had to be rebuilt after World War Two, having been badly damaged by bombs in 1945

Another Gothic building is the Lutheran and Baptist church. It was built in the late-15th century as the chapel of a hospital.

The O.L. Vrouwe ten Hemelopneming is Doetinchem's main catholic church. It was built in 1933-1934 and was designed by H.W. Valk.
